<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br />of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Kehr, Curley, Franke and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6806 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON II{PROVEMENT SS-W-P-ST-SW-79-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Roseville including all that property abutting Snelling <br />frontage road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from Lydia <br />Avenue south to a point 1200 feet north of County Road C and <br />also Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Roseville Terrace Plat 1, in <br />conjunction with the State of Minnesota, by the installation <br /> <br />of sanitary sewer service, water service, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, bituminous paving, s~orm sewer, sidewalk and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
