<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />of City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br />of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6807 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PP~PARATION OF REPORT <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-79-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville in the area generally bounded by Oakcrest <br /> <br />on the north, Bruce on the south, Fairview on the west and <br /> <br />Wheeler on the east by the installation of sanitary sewer, <br /> <br />water, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, storm <br /> <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />April 4, 1979, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />
