<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey Coun~y, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hell in said city on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of May, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Anderson, Kehr and CurleY1 and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Franke. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution NO. 6810 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NOS. ST-78-l4 AND SS-W-P-78-31 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for hids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids <br /> <br />were received on May 2, 1979, at 10:30 o'clock a.m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />
