<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 14th day of <br /> <br />May, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Anderson, Kehr and curley, and the following was absent: <br /> <br />councilman Franke. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6811 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on May 9, 1979, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., opened and <br /> <br />tabulated according to law and the following bids were received <br /> <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />
