<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th <br /> <br />day of May, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The followin9 members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />councilmen curley, Anderson, and Kehr, and the fOllowing was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Franke. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RBSOLUTION NO. 6813 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-79-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Hamline Avenue from Oakcrest to 300 <br /> <br />feet north by the construction of storm sewer and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />April 23, 1979 <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />crrY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
