<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />May 14, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city <br /> <br />on Monday, May 14, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, <br />COilllci1rren Anderson, Kehr and Cur ley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: COilllcibrem Franke <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6814 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Venture Addition has been duly platted and <br />zoned under the review and approval process of the Roseville <br />City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the owners of Venture Addition have been <br />working with the Public Works Director in establishing roads <br />and utilities for the properties within the plat under City <br />Project 79-5; and <br />WHEREAS, the connection of sanitary sewer laterals <br />to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Interceptor <br />l-RV-430 conforms to the Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the owner has submitted the application for <br />extension and permit for connection to the Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Agency. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a permit and authori- <br />zation is hereby granted to extend and connect with the Metro- <br />politan Waste Control Commission's Interceptor l-RV-430 under <br />City Project 79-5. <br />
