<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD May 14, 1979 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 14, 1979, <br />at 7: 30 p. m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilrren Anderson, Kehr and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Franke <br />Member Kehr introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6816 <br /> <br />WHEREAS County Road C-2 from Fernwood Street to Merrill <br />Street is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-six foot <br />wide designs. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited <br />on the south side of County Road C-2 (M.S.A. No. 160-216-03) from <br />Fernwood Street to Merrill Street identified as Roseville Project No. 77-3B <br />be adopted. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
