<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 11, 1979 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 11th day of June, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~~vor ~s <br />Councilrren Franke, Curley, Anderson and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anoerson introduced the follow- <br />ing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6827 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 20, 1976, the City Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 6431; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council now has determined it is <br />no longer a public necessity to acquire the ponding area <br />as heretofore determined; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has made no alterations or <br />improvements on said land and has not taken control of <br />said land. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Attorney is directed to dismiss all <br />proceedings commenced by Resolution No. 6431. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Franke , <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: ~~ne <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
