Ms. Bloom advised that this portion of the project would include a complete water <br />main replacement and repair of sanitar sewer as re with a linin project <br />to precede the reconstruction project. <br />Private Underground Utilities <br />Ms. Bloom noted that Xcel intended to replace their g as main and, while some <br />residents had re under of the existin overhead utilit lines <br />(includin Comcast, Qwest, and electric services), with ei (18) existin <br />poles in the corridor, the Cit Assessment Polic re a petition supported <br />b 100% of the propert owners, and there was currentl not that level of support. <br />Ms. Bloom advised that another option would be for Communit Re <br />Facilit Surchar (CRFS) as a separate process, with Xcel preparin preliminar <br />estimates at this time. Ms. Bloom noted that the propert owner services would <br />not be included in an CRFS and would be an additional private propert owner <br />cost responsibilit <br />Street Lights <br />Ms. Bloom advised that the corridor was currentl served b overhead li on <br />Cit easements, with their installation and maintenance the responsibilit of the <br />Cit of Roseville, and not included in the surchar and estimated at $6.32 per <br />foot for a total estimated cost of $25,000.
