<br />NQlJ'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement for both <br />Plan A and Plan B, as modified. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />,,~ <br />
