<br />Extract of ~tinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, rtinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6838 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO Ir1PROVE~1ENT NO. P-ST-76-23 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement ~o. <br />P-ST-76-23 ofi;.ne City of Roseville consisting of the installa- <br />tion of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, storm <br />sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances in the area <br />generally bounded on the west by Victoria, on the north by <br />County Road D, and bounded on the east and south by Lake OWasso <br />Bonlevard ~7est, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 310,380.70 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 63,558.27 so that the total cost of the improvement <br />is $ 373,93R.97 , and of this cost the City will pay <br />$ 1 S7 ,fi97 t)!'i as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOt~J, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevi1le, ~llnnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
