Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke~ and the following were absent: None. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6839 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEHENT NO. SS-W-77-3 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS~V-77-3 of the City of Roseville including all that property in the general area of County Road C-2 from ~1errill Street to Fernwood Avenue; Merrill Street from County Road C-2 to Fernwood Avenue; Fernwood Avenue from r~rrill Street to Josephine Road; and proposed Belair Circle froUl Fernwood Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac, all located in Belair T,;Ake Josephine Heights No.2, by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, and necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, th3 foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 42,280.30 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the maKing of said improvement amount to $ 11,898.90 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 54.179,20 , and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows:
