<br />Extract of !1inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke i and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the fOllowing resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6840 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. W-77-l4 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />W-77-14 of toe City of Roseville conSisting of the construction <br />of watermain and necesoary appurtenances, including all that <br />property on Lexington Avenue between Roma and Larpenteur <br />Avenl.l~s, and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 74 499.90 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incu~ in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 14,394.42 _ so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will he $ 88,894.32 , and of this cost <br />the City will pay $ 12,867.83 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />to be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />76,026.49 <br />
