<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6841 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO INPROVEMENT NO. SS-vl-P-77-22 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESS~1ENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-77-22 of the City of Roseville on Christy Circle from <br />Hamline Avenue to the end of cul-de-sac by the installation <br />of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, <br />sanitary sewer main, drainage facilities and necessary appur- <br />tenances, and <br /> <br />WI!ERBAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearina on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, anu the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 39,439.20 and the other e'q?enses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 6,507.50 so that the total cost of the <br />improvenent will be $ 45 94h_1D ' and of this cost the <br />City will pay $ -0-' as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />to be $ <br /> <br />The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />45,946.70 <br />
