<br />Extract of Minutes of ~~eting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: t1ayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6842 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEHENT NO. N-77-25 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSl~NT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />W-77-25 of toe City of Roseville on T. H. 36 Service Drive west <br />of Snelling Avenue to the Laurie and Haddington Roads inter- <br />sections by th~ construction of watermains, hydrants and neces- <br />sary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />TJHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $ 10,409.40 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 10,776.45 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be $ 21,185.85 , and or this cost the City will pay <br />$ _()_ as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 21,185.85 <br />
