Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6843 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-lif-P-77-27 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL ttffl:EREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-L.,'l of the City of Rosevi1le consisting of the con- struction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer main, watermain, drainaqe facilities, and nece~~ary appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Rice Street on the east, Ga1tier Circle on the west, Transit Avenue on the south, and Wewer' s Road on the north, and l~EREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 172-,046.59 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 23902.32 so that the total cost of the improvenent will be ' 195 94S In ' and of this cost the City will pay $ 9,114.77 ' as its share of the cost.
