<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Orive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke1 and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6844 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IIv1PROVE~1ENT NO. M-78-l <br />OECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />M-78-1 of the City of Roseville consisting of the removal of <br />diseased trees for numerous properties located within the City <br />of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 12,692.20 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the making of said improvement amount to $ 1,015.37 so <br />that the total cost of the Improvement will be $ 13.707f57 , <br />and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as i s snare <br />of the cost. <br /> <br />NmlJ, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 13.707.57 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />
