<br />Extract of lunutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Franke and Kehr; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6845 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO U1PROVEMENT NO. M-78-4 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement Noo H-78-4 <br />of the City of Ros~ville consisting of the inztallation of a <br />sdltlaphOre signal on Fairvie~! Avenue at the west entrance to <br />Rosedale Shopping Center, and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the foregoina is in the area described in the <br />leqal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 39.01~.09 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred ~n the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 10,790,79 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be $ 49.SQL.SR , and of this cost the City will pay <br />$ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 49.807,88 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />
