<br />Extract of t1inutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, rtinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6846 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO Ir-1PROVEMENT NO. SS-W-78-7 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPAPATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-78-7 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installa- <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, and necessary appurtenances <br />on Sandhurst cul-de-sac west of t"lestern Avenue, known as <br />Stemper Heights Addition, and <br /> <br />lmEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearinry on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price rn~ <br />such improvement is $ 22,244.42 and the ot:l'\er expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement <br />amount to $ 6,341.19 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment will be $ 28 !:iRe; ~l ' and of this cost the City will <br />pay $ -0- ' as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 28,585.61 <br />
