<br />Extract of Hinutes of !1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City on Monday, the 9th day of July, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6848 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVElmNT NO. UL-78-l3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSHENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />UL-78-13 of the City of Rosevi11e including all that property <br />on Evelyn Street between County Road D and Brenner Avenue by <br />the installation of ornamental street lights, and <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 1,125.07 ann the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said i~nrovement <br />::l.mount to!;; 228.48 so that the total cost of the improve- <br />ment \"i11 be $ 1.353.55 , and of this cost the City will <br />pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevil1e, vunnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 1,353.55 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />
