<br />The deferrment for that lot, piece or parcel of property shall continue until such time as that lot, <br />piece or parcel of property is platted, or the property is rezoned to a use with potential to use any of <br />the improvements constructed as a part ofImprovement No. ST -94-04, or the property actually <br />uses any of the improvements constructed as a part ofImprovement No. ST-94-04. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The proposed assessments as amended are hereby adopted and confirmed as the proper special <br />assessments for each of said lots, pieces, or parcels of land, respectively, and the assessment against <br />each parcel, together with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum accruing on the full amount <br />thereof from time to time unpaid, shall be a lien concurrent with general taxes upon such parcel and <br />all thereof.
