<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Rosevi1le <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of July, <br /> <br />1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were ?resent: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br /> <br />Anderson, Franke, Curley and Rehr: and the following were absent: <br /> <br />t-Tone. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the ado~tion of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />ReSOlution No. 6856 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERIT\TG :9RE1?ARATIOO OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT S'1'-79-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />city of Rosevil1e generally in the area bounded by County Road D <br /> <br />on the north, Lydia Avenue on the south, Fairview on the west, <br /> <br />and Wheeler on the east by the installation of storm sewer and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for <br /> <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
