<br />1. The City Manager shall ?re?are and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction BUlletin# a re-advertisement for bids <br />upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The re-advertisement shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on <br />the basis of a cash paYment for such v-Jork, shall state when <br />the bids will be received by the city l-1anager and "ublic <br />~!orks Director# and the time they will be publicly opened <br />in the City Hall by the City t-1anager and ~ity "'ublic TlJ'orks <br />Director and then be tabulated, and when they will be <br />considered by the Council, and that no bids "lill be con- <br />sidered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid <br />bond payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount <br />of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor~ All: <br /> <br />and the following voted against~ "~one, llhereur>on said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
