EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD JULY 23, 1979 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, July 23, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Franke, Curley and Kehr and the following were absent: None. Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6859 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SANITARY SEWER DIVERSION PROJECT AND PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE WITH THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY. WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has proposed to divert not more than 300 gallons per minute into Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Interceptor I-RV-430. WHEREAS, the M.W.C.C. has given approval to said diversion (Exhibit A), pending final review of the plans and specifications; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville has determined that there will be no undesirable affect to Rosev;lle properties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville does hereby agree to said diversion subject to the following: 1) The St. Anthony diversion shall not exceed 300 g.p.m. 2) The City of St. Anthony shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of said diversion lines, power service, and related appurtances; the City of Roseville hereby giving permission to do so. 3) The M.W.C.C. shall be responsible for the installation and operation of the flow meter to determine the con- tribution of the City of St. Anthony into the inter- ceptor. Member Curley seconded the motion, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None.
