tPd- tJ 77 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minensota Held: August 20, 1979 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of August, 1979, at 7:00 o'clock p. m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehri and the following were absent: None Also in attendance were: James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles Honchell, City Public Works Directori Doug Strong of the City Public Works Departmenti and Peter S. Popovich/of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publica- tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Improvement No. SS-W-78-7 in the Roseville Sun on August 1, 1979, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners. MR. HONCHELL: This project was requested by the developer so that the land would be usable. At this point, all that we will be talking about are the utilities, rather than the paving. That will be handled next year. The water line was extended from the intersection of Western and Sandhurst to the rear of thecul-de-sac, and the sanitary sewer was constructed from County Road B along the edge of the develop- ment and down into the cul-de-sac itself so that the lots along the cul-de-sac could be constructed. I don't believe this shows it, but I believe there are a couple of services that were built out.
