7. Additional Re4uired Information: <br />A. Narrative: There are some plattedresidentiallots within the City that are different <br />than the current standards. In reviewing requests for approval of lot splits in such <br />areas, the City is particularly interested in determiningthat the lots to be created <br />wil� be consistentwith the character of the surrounding area. A written narrative <br />must accompany the application presenting information demonstrating that the <br />proposed subdivision will be comparable to those already existing in the immediate <br />neighborhood. <br />B. A preliminary subdivision plat submittal must provide 1 copy of the proposed plat is <br />required. In addition, a topographic survey of the subj ect property, grading, <br />drainage (with storm water calculations), utility, and landscaping plans may also be <br />required as deemed necessary by the Community Development Department. Five <br />sets must be �.#° x 36" in size and the frve sets must 11" x 1T' in size. A final plat <br />submission must provide three sets be �" z 36" in size and �even sets must be 11" x <br />17" in �i�e. A9nbdivision plat also requires a digital copy for �I� records. <br />8. A minor subdivision proposal is required to provide a concept plan for the existing <br />parcel(s) andJor a topognphic survey indicating the property line change.
