Posed question regarding Cub Foods/Har Mar Mall to <br />each City Council member. <br />. Requested response to letter of June 19, 2001 from <br />Bradley J. Gunn of Leonard, Street and Deinard. <br />Ron Balczewski, 1391 Ryan <br />. Supported Schwie's comments <br />. Zoning concems <br />. Parking <br />Patrick Winn, 1949 Simpson St: Supported views of Schwie and <br />Balczewski. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, seconded by Maschka, to refer matter to <br />legal counsel. After discussion, Klausing called the question on <br />the motion to refer it to staff and legal counsel for review and to <br />determine the history of, and what the City has ascertained <br />regarding the residentiallyzoned part of the parking lot.
