<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, by resolution, to approve the
<br />final amendment of the Comprehensive Plan for the Twin Lakes
<br />Business Park area from "Business" and "Industrial" to "Business
<br />Park" as described in the Twin Lakes Master Plan dated June 26,
<br />2001 and as amended by Council with the Scenario #1. The
<br />amendment shall also include the findings of the AUAR and
<br />mitigation plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing,

<br />I-1 Klausing moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution
<br />approving the request by Qwest Wireless for a Conditional Use
<br />Permit to allow the installation of a 60 foot tall monopole with one
<br />cylinder antenna and associated equipment cabinets, based on
<br />the information indicated in Section 4 and 5 and the conditions in
<br />Section 6 of the project report (condition changes indicated in
<br />bold underline) dated June 26, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,

<br />Concept Plan for Northwestern College regarding the proposed
<br />construction of a finro-story office structure, on property located in
<br />the southwest corner of Lydia and Snelling Avenues and directly
<br />adjacent (east) to the Northwestem College apartment complex,
<br />to accommodate a two story, 40,917 square footoffice,
<br />classroom and radio building (including basement) for KTIS
<br />Radio. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the first reading
<br />of an ordinance amending the zoning of the property to be
<br />consistentwith the proposed site and structure design plan. Roll

<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.

<br />reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance and by second
<br />reading, approve of the request by Dr. Changzhen Gong and the
<br />American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to
<br />rezone from I-1, Light Industrial Districtto B-3 General Business
<br />District for the property located at 1935 West County Road B-2,
<br />based on findings in Section 4 and 5 and subject to conditions A
<br />through C in Section 6 of project report dated June 26, 2001. Roll
