REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department ApprovaL• Manager Reviewed <br />���� <br />Date: 12120104 <br />Item No.: 3.d <br />Agenda Section <br />Consent <br />Description: The La Casita application for an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor <br />license at 1925 Perimeter Road. <br />Background <br />The La Casita Restaurant has applied for an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor licenses at 1925 <br />Perimeter Road. The City Attorney will review the applicationprior to the issuance of the license to <br />ensure that it is in order. A representative from La Casita will attend the hearing to answer any <br />questions the Council may have. <br />The City currently has 23 On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor licenses issued. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Council Action <br />Motion to set a public hearing for the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license, for La Casita <br />to be held on January 10,2005. <br />
