EXHIBIT "A" 2005 FEE SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRICAL PERMITS �4_ Minimum fee for each separate inspection of an installation, replacement, alteration or repair is limited to one inspection on1y: $22.00 L�� Services, changes of service, temporary services, additions, alterations or repairs on either primary or secondary services sha11 be computed separately: 0 to 100 ampere capacity $2500 101 to and including 200 ampere capacity $30.00 For each additional 100 ampere capacity or fraction thereof $14.00 � Circuits, installation of additions, alterations, or repairs of each circuit or sub-feeder sha11 be computed separately, including circuits fed from sub-feeders and including the equipment served, except as provided for in (D) through (K): 0 to and including 30 ampere capacity $ 7.00 31 to and including 100 ampere capacity $10.00 For each additiona1100 ampere capacity or fraction thereof $ 5.00 � Maximum fZ00-amperengle-family dwelling sha11 not exceed $110.00 if not over 200-ampere capacity. This includes service, feeders, circuits, fixtures and equipment. The maximum fee provides for not more than two rough-in inspections and the �ina1 inspection per dwelling. Additional inspections are at the re-inspection rate. E� Maximum fee on an apartment building sha11 not exceed$50.00 per dwelling unit for the �irst 20 units and $45.00 per dwelling unit for the balance of the units. N�- The maximum number of 0 to 30 ampere circuits to be paid on any one athletic �ie1d lighting standard is ten. �, In addition to the above fees: 1� A charge of $3.00 wi11 be made for each street lighting standard. Z� A charge of $4.00 wi11 be made for each traf�ic signal standard. Circuits originating within the standard wi11 not be used when computing fees. H. In addition to the above fees, a11 transformers and generators for light, heat and power sha11 be computed separately at $8.00 plus $.40 per KVA up to and including 100 KVA. 101 KVA and over at $.30 per KVA. The maximum fee for any transformer or generator in this category is $80.00. 1- In addition to the above fees, a11 transformers for signs and outline lighting sha11 be computed at $7.00 for the �irst 500 VA or fraction thereof per unit, plus $.70 for each additiona1100 VA or fraction thereof. In addition to the above fees, unless included in the maximum fee �i1ed by the initial installer, remote control, signal circuits and circuits of less than 50 volts sha11 be computed at $5.00 per each ten openings or devices of each system plus $3.00 for each additional ten or fraction thereof. �ti In addition to the above fees, the inspection fee for each separate inspection of a swimmingpool sha11 be computed at $25.00. Reinforcing steel for swimming pools requires a rough-in inspection.
