Andre, City Manager,

Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Doug Strong of

the City Public Works Department; and Peter S. popovich of

Peterson, popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants.

The City Manager presented an affidavit showing publica-

tion of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for

Improvement No. P-77-19 in the Roseville Sun on August 1, 1979,

which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered

-
placed on file. The Manager also exhibited a Certificate of

Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners.

MR. HONCHELL: This project is a result of a petition from
the property owners along Aglen. The original petition called
for the project actually extending further to the south, but
because that required storm sewers to pick up the water and
there didn't seem to be an indication from the property owners
that they wished to be involved in storm sewer, the project was
shortened up to the north property line of Ruggles.

It consisted of a 32-foot wide residential roadway with curb
and gutter and paving, and minor drainage up to Roselawn.
