<br />(!2d <br /> <br />(p y f7 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 27, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 27, 1979, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen <br /> <br />Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Curley; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; and Peter S. Popovich, <br /> <br />City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The next item is a hearing on Lydia Court, <br /> <br />Improvement 78-9. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: I have the affidavit of publication and Certificate <br /> <br />of Mailing on file. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: This project is the widening of Lydia Court <br /> <br />from Lydia to its culmination in a cul-de-sac at the northern <br /> <br />end. The project originally was a result of a petition from the <br /> <br />property owners requesting that the roadway be re-constructed <br /> <br />from its existing situation to a 32-foot wide asphalt pavement <br /> <br />with concrete curb and gutters. <br /> <br />This project had its original hearing last year, and as a <br /> <br />result of that it was combined with other projects this year <br /> <br />for savings in scale because it's a very small project. Those <br /> <br />bids came in over estimate and they were re-bid with the Highcrest <br />
