<br />February 2011 <br /> <br />Memo to File: <br /> This file represents a portion of Roseville’s Planning Files that have been <br />scanned into the Laserfiche system. Other files are located in the Community Development <br />Department. Contact the department at 651-792-7085 if you are interested in reviewing those <br />documents. <br /> <br />Planning Files Numbered 0001 to 1999 <br /> <br />Most of these files are on microfiche in the Community Development Department, although a <br />small number of files are in Laserfiche. <br /> <br />Planning File number 1999 corresponds to the autumn of 1989. <br /> <br />Planning Files 2000-3699 <br /> <br />In 2004-05, the City scanned the planning files in the department’s vertical files. The pages in an <br />individual Planning File item generally are sorted by date. <br /> <br />Where gaps in the numbering exist, it usually means there were no actual documents generated <br />for that planning case—a new Planning File number was created for any issue the Department <br />handled, regardless of whether a formal proposal or application was submitted. <br /> <br />Planning File 3699 corresponds to January/February 2006. <br /> <br />Planning Files 3700-3799 <br /> <br />These Planning Files are in digital form on the city’s network system and in paper form, but have <br />not been reviewed and scanned into Laserfiche. <br /> <br />Planning Files 07-001 to Present <br /> <br />Starting in 2007, Planning Files were given a new numbering scheme to group them by year. <br />These files are in digital form on the city’s network system and in paper form. As time and <br />budgets allow, we will add these documents to Laserfiche. <br /> <br /> <br />
