E2cr'RACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNISOl'A, HELD SEPTEMBER 24, 1979 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Conncil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on r-bnday, the 24th day of Septerrber, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. The following rrerrbers were present: Mayor CBIros, Conncilrren CUrley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None. M:mber CUrley introduced the following resolution and rroved its adoption: RFSOLUI'ION NO. 6891 RESOLUI'ION DIRErI'ING THE CCUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR OOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMProVEMENT BONDS AND GENERAL IMPIDVEMENT BOODS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $20,800 in the Q)lf Course cebt Retirerrent Ftmd resulting in the transfer from revenues received from the Q)lf Course Operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $100,000 in the Water Debt Retirement Ftmd resulting fran greater special assessrrents received than anticipated and in the transfer of revenues received from the Water cperating Ftmd; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $94,100 in the Sanitary Sewer cebt Retirerrent Ftmd resulting fran greater special assessrrents received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $125,000 in General Inproverrent cebt Petirerrent Ftmd resulting from greater special assessrrents received than anticipated, and balances fran conpleted construction fnnds; NCW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1. 'fue Rarrsey Connty Auditor be directed to reduce the 1979 tax levy for Q)lf Course Bonds - 1967 by $20,800 from $20,800 to -0-.
