'!he following rrerrbers were present: Mayor Derros, Council1ren Anderson, Curley, Kehr and Franke and the following was absent: None Council :rren:ber Anderson then introduced and m:>ved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 6896 RESOLUTIOO APPROVING 1980 SANITATION AND REFORESTATIOO BUJ:X;ET WHEREAS, the City of Roseville desires to participate in the State of Minnesota's 1980 Diseased Shade Tree Program; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following Shade Tree Program budget for the sanitation and replanting of trees for the calendar year 1980 is hereby approved and that the City share of said budget is available in the C:enera1 Fund: Sanitation Reforestation Personnel Equiprrent Use Outside Contracts Miscellaneous $ 21,818.00 1,280.00 149,850.00 50.00 $ 1,340.00 1,200.00 3,000.00 Total $173,198.00 $ 5 540.00 BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized to execute and submit the 1980 Shade Tree Program appli- cation to the Minnesota DepartItEnt of Agriculture. '!he m:>tion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council rrerrber Kehr and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
