EXTRACI' OF MINUTF..5 OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD NOVEMBER 19, 1979 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on funday, November 19, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. The following rrenbers were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Councilrren Franke, Kehr and Anderson and the following was absent: Mayor Derros. Council Merrber Anderson introduced the following resolution and noved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6899 WHEREAS, State Law requires that RaIrsey County adopt a plan for implerrentation of 911 Errergency Telephone Service by December 15, 1979; and WHERF.AS, representatives of County and Municipal Police, Fire and Medical Agencies have participated in the development of this 911 Plan; and WHERF.AS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Roseville have reviewed the final draft plan; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Roseville that the final draft of the RaIrsey County 911 Plan is hereby approved. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by M:mber Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against sarre ~ None. whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
