<br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that RoSo contracting Company, Inc. <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder <br />at the tabulated price of $ 17 ,418.50 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with RoSo Contracting "Company, INc. <br />for $ 17,418.50 in the name of the City of Roseville for <br />the above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br />following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
