Call to Order <br />1 <br />Chair Boerigter called to order the Variance Board meeting at 6:15 p.m. and reviewed the <br />2 <br />role and purpose of the Variance Board. <br />3 <br />2. Roll Call & Introductions <br />4 <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke called the Roll. <br />5 <br />Members Present: Chair Daniel Boerigter; and Commissioners John Gisselquist and <br />6 <br />Andre Best. <br />7 <br />Members Excused: Alternate Member Thomas Gottfried. <br />8 <br />Staff present: City Planner Thomas Paschke and Associate Planner Bryan <br />9 <br />Lloyd. <br />10 <br />3. Review of Minutes <br />11 <br />MOTION <br />12 <br />Member Gisselquist moved, seconded by Member Best, to approve meeting <br />13 <br />minutes of May 05, 2010 as presented. <br />14 <br />Ayes: 2 <br />15 <br />Nays: 0 <br />16 <br />Abstentions: 1 (Boerigter) <br />17 <br />Motion carried. <br />18 <br />4. Organizational Business <br />19 <br />Appoint Variance Board Chair and Vice-Chair for the term beginning June 2, 2010 <br />20 <br />and ending April 6, 2011. <br />21 <br />MOTION <br />22 <br />Member Boerigter moved, seconded by Member Best, to appoint Member John <br />23 <br />Gisselquist as Variance Board Chairperson and Member Dan Boerigter as Variance <br />24 <br />Board Vice Chair for the term beginning June 2, 2010 and ending April 6, 2011. <br />25 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />26 <br />Nays: 0 <br />27 <br />Motion carried. <br />28 <br />5.
