Chair Delmore volunteered to send a get well card to Commissioner McGehee from <br />the HRC. <br />Commissioner McKenzie provided materials from the City of Hopkins and St. Louis Park on <br />their recent hosting and sponsorship of a Movie Night at City Hall showing "The Letter" and a <br />forum to understanding cultures and customs. <br />Chair Delmore said she had received an e -mail from Johanna Eager, Diversity Coordinator for <br />Roseville Area Schools, inviting a representative from the City's HRC to attend their monthly <br />diversity planning meetings. Chair Delmore said she preferred not to attend this year and would <br />e -mail staff to provide copies to Commissioners for their interest in attending. <br />Commissioner Venters reiterated his int <br />Department's Citizen's Academy in the <br />in two Commissioners attending the Police <br />of 2008. <br />Adjournment <br />Commissioner McKenzie moved and Co <br />meeting at 8:00 p.m. Motion carried 5/0. <br />adjournment of the <br />
