EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of January, <br /> 2011, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus; Pust; McGehee; and Roe and the <br /> following were absent: Johnson <br /> Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10872 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> DALE STREET BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD C AND S. OWASSO BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of Roseville adopted December 13, 2010, <br /> received the feasibility report and fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br /> improvement of Dale Street,between County Road C and S. Owasso Boulevard, and; <br /> WHEREAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br /> given, and the hearing was held thereon on January 10, 2011, at which all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br /> January 10, 2011. <br /> 3. The City engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Willmus; Pust; McGehee; and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
