Call to Order <br />1 <br />Chair Doherty called to order the Planning Commission meeting at approximately 6:00 <br />2 <br />p.m. Due to a lack of quorum, Chair Doherty advised the audience present for the Public <br />3 <br />Hearings that the Commission would be unable to open the Public Hearings as noticed by <br />4 <br />mail and publication; apologized for this inconvenience; and advised that the items would <br />5 <br />be republished and re-noticed for Wednesday, September 29 or October 6, 2010, <br />6 <br />depending on the space available on those agendas. <br />7 <br />Members Present: <br /> Chair Jim Doherty; and Commissioners Daniel Boerigter; and <br />8 <br />Glenn Cook <br />9 <br />Members Excused: <br /> Thomas Gottfried; Andre Best; John Gisselquist; and Joe <br />10 <br />Wozniak <br />11 <br />Staff Present: <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke and Associate Planner Bryan <br />12 <br />Lloyd <br />13 <br />2.
