<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 3, <br /> <br />1979, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br /> <br />and Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6907 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-79-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Rosevi11e on Long Lake Road between County Road C to Terminal <br /> <br />Road, and Terminal Road from Long Lake Road to Walnut Street by <br /> <br />the reconstruction of street, curb and gutter and necessary appur- <br /> <br />tenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion <br /> <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. <br /> <br />429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statu es 1961) . <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson and Associates, city consulting engineers, for study <br />and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />
