Call to Order <br />1 <br />Chair Doherty called to order the Planning Commission meeting at approximately 6:00 <br />2 <br />p.m. and reviewed the role and purpose of the Planning Commission. <br />3 <br />2. Roll Call & Introductions <br />4 <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke called the Roll. <br />5 <br />Members Present: Chair Jim Doherty; and Commissioners Glenn Cook; Joe <br />6 <br />Wozniak; John Gisselquist; Thomas Gottfried; Andre Best <br />7 <br />Members Excused: Commissioner Daniel Boerigter <br />8 <br />Staff present: City Planner Thomas Paschke; Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd <br />9 <br />3. Public Hearings <br />17 <br />Chair Doherty reviewed the purpose and process for public hearings before the Planning <br />18 <br />Commission. <br />19 <br />a. PLANNING FILE 10-024 <br />20 <br />Request by The Woof Room for approval of dog daycare as an INTERIM USE <br />21 <br />at 1430 County Road C <br />22 <br />Chair Doherty opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 10-024 at 6:07 p.m. <br />23 <br />City Planner advised that this item had been removed by staff from the docket; <br />24 <br />and requested the Commission to table the item to November 3, 2010; with notice <br />25 <br />to be duly provided to property owners and the applicant, as per City Council <br />26 <br />policy. <br />27 <br />MOTION <br />28 <br />Member Gottfried moved, seconded by Member Gisselquist to CONTINUE <br />29 <br />TO the November 3, 2010 Planning Commission consideration of the <br />30 <br />request of The Woof Room for approval of a dog daycare as an INTERIM <br />31 <br />USE at 1430 County Road C. <br />32 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />33 <br />Nays: 0 <br />34 <br />Motion carried. <br />35 <br />b. PLANNING FILE 10-027 <br />36 <br />Request by Schadegg Commercial Real Estate, Inc. for approval of a PUD <br />37 <br />Amendment to allow an adult daycare use in the Centre Pointe PUD <br />38 <br />Chair Doherty opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 10-027 at 6:08 p.m. <br />39 <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd reviewed staff’s analysis of the request of <br />40 <br />Schadegg Commercial Real Estate, Inc. for approval of a PUD Amendment to <br />41 <br />allow an adult daycare use in the Centre Pointe PUD (PF10-027) among the uses <br />42 <br />allowed on this property; as detailed in the Request for Planning Commission <br />43 <br />Action dated October 6, 2010. <br />44 <br /> <br />
