Call to Order <br />1 <br />Vice Chair Dan Boerigter called to order the Planning Commission meeting at <br />2 <br />approximately 5:30 p.m. and reviewed the role and purpose of the Planning Commission. <br />3 <br />2. Roll Call & Introductions <br />4 <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke called the Roll. <br />5 <br />Members Present: Vice Chair Daniel Boerigter; and Commissioners Joe Wozniak; <br />6 <br />Andre Best; John Gisselquist; and Glenn Cook; with <br />7 <br />Commissioner Thomas Gottfried arriving at approximately 5:45 <br />8 <br />p.m. <br />9 <br />Members Excused: Chair Jim Doherty <br />10 <br />Staff present: City Planner Thomas Paschke; Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd <br />11 <br />Others present: Councilmember Dan Roe <br />12 <br />3. Public Hearing <br />24 <br />Vice Chair Boerigter reviewed the purpose and process for public hearings before the <br />25 <br />Planning Commission. <br />26 <br />a. PROJECT FILE 0017 <br />27 <br />Request by the Roseville Planning Division for a final public hearing and <br />28 <br />approval of the official zoning map and the following zoning districts and <br />29 <br />regulating sections of Title 10 Zoning Regulations: <br />30 <br />Introduction <br />31 <br />Administration and Enforcement <br />32 <br />Establishment of Districts, Boundaries, and District Regulations <br />33 <br />Residential Districts <br />34 <br />Commercial and Mixed Use Districts <br />35 <br />Employment districts <br />36 <br />Institutional District <br />37 <br />Park and Recreation District <br />38 <br />Procedures <br />39 <br />Property Performance Standards <br />40 <br />Parking and Loading Areas <br />41 <br />Vice Chair Boerigter opened the Public Hearing for PROJECT FILE 0017 at 5:35 <br />42 <br />p.m. <br />43 <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly summarized the work of staff and Planning <br />44 <br />Consultant, The Cuningham Group, over the last year in modifying and updating <br />45 <br />the City’s Official Zoning Map and individual chapters regulating text known as <br />46 <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br />47 <br />Mr. Paschke advised that there were two (2) chapters that remained pending: <br />48 <br />INTRODUCTORY CHAPTER WITH DEFINITIONS and the PROPERTY <br />49 <br /> <br />
