<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 17th <br /> <br />day of December, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Counci1- <br /> <br />men Curley, Franke, Anderson and Kehri and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6908 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 79-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on October 30 , 1979, at 11:00 <br /> <br />o'clock L.
