REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 6-15-10 <br />Item No: 6 d. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of administrative and staff services fee transfer of funds for <br />April, May and June 2010 (HF0089) <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff <br />services per contract requirements for April, May and June 2010. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Administrative Services is for a total of $13,892 for 2010 as approved <br />by the HRA on January 19, 2010. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds <br />after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1157.67. The fee is transferred <br />from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.2The Contract for Housing Program Coordinator Services is for a total of $62,466 for <br />2010 as approved by the HRA on January 19, 2010. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $5205.50. The fee <br />is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.3The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $20,370 for 2010 as <br />approved by the HRA on January 19, 2010. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1697.50.
