REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Date: 11-16-10 <br />Item No: 6 c. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br /> <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of financial service fee transfer of funds for <br /> October, November and December 2010 (HF0089) <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />1.0 <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial service per <br />contract requirements for October, November and December 2010. <br />Background <br />2.0 <br />2.1The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $5,365 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2010 of $107,303. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $477.08.
