parties in the performance of the service of this contract. <br />V. Assignment. This agreement shall not be assigned, sublet, or transferred by the City <br />or the HRA without the other party’s consent and a minimum of 30 days notice in writing by the <br />City. <br />VI.Conflict of Interest. The City Finance Department agrees to immediately inform, by <br />written notice, to the HRA Executive Director of possible contractual conflicts of interest in <br />representing the HRA for fiscal service. Conflicts of interest may be grounds for termination of <br />this Agreement. <br />VII.Termination: This agreement may be terminated by a majority vote of either party <br />and for any cause upon 30-day written notice. <br />VIII.Notices.
