<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ThIG OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVlILE, MINNESarA - HElD D:EX:::FMBER 12, 1979 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on the 12th day of December, 1979. <br /> <br />The following :rrembers were present: Mayor Dertos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Franke, Kehr and curley <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />M:m1ber Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />roved its adoption: <br /> <br />RFSOLurION NO. 6912 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget <br />and establish employee corrpensation for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1980 and ending December 31, 1981; <br /> <br />NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby <br />adjusts and updates the Corrpensation Plan in the Roseville Program <br />for Supervisory-Adrninistrative-Management positions at the rate of <br />8.0%. <br /> <br />The zrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Franke and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESarA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />CDUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />
