EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF REGUIAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HElD January 14, 1980 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 14th day of January, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following menbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Franke and Kehr and the following were absent: None. M=rrber Kehr introduced the following resolution and IIDved its adoption: RESOLurION NO. 6914 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: James F. Andre is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority and Steve North is hereby designated as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1980 and until their successors are appointed. The IIDtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was suly seconded by ~r Curley, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
